Forged Carbon. Space Ambitions.

The same material trusted in Formula 1 chassis now faces a new frontier. Orbital applications. Satellite housings. The material does not know its limits. Carbon London is mapping them.

Forged carbon is not woven. It is compressed. Resin-impregnated carbon fibres are heated and pressed into shape. The result is a composite denser and stronger than traditional layup. It absorbs impact. It resists heat. It weighs less than aluminium.

Carbon London’s R&D programme is investigating orbital applications. Satellite housings. Structural components for low-earth-orbit platforms. The champagne casing is the proof of concept. The Space Bottle is the prototype. A full platform is the trajectory.

Development is underway. Target launch: 2026. This is not ambition. This is engineering. The material is ready. The programme is in motion. The disclosure will come when the product is ready to be held.
