1. Platform Access
Carbon London is an invitation-first luxury platform. Access is tiered and controlled. Account creation does not guarantee acquisition rights. Allocation is at the sole discretion of Carbon London.
2. Membership Tiers
Guest: Browse public pages. No account required.
Collector: Account holders. Eligible for standard allocations.
Member: Priority allocation. Event invitations. Earned through acquisition history.
Vault: Private editions. Invitation-only access.
Founder: Board access. Investment allocation. Quarterly briefings.
3. Acquisition & Allocation
All products are released in controlled quantities. Availability is not guaranteed.
Allocation requests are reviewed and approved at Carbon London's discretion.
Payment is required within 48 hours of allocation approval.
Resale of acquired editions is permitted only through approved secondary channels.
4. Age Verification
Champagne and alcohol-related products are restricted to individuals aged 18 or over in the UK and EU, and 21 or over in the United States. Age verification is required before accessing cellar content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on this platform are the exclusive property of Carbon London B.V. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Carbon London's liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
